Lux Inspection Services principals have been involved in construction services, home inspection standards and home warranty solutions for over twenty years and recognize the need for consumer protection products for the home inspection industry.
The principals are affiliated with Lux Residential Warranty Program Inc. www.luxrwp.com and www.lrwp.ca which provide New Home Warranty products and Pre-Owned Home Warranty products (Atlantic / Ontario) to the Canadian Market for over 8 years. Lux Residential Warranty Program Inc. is a CMHC recognized warranty program in Atlantic Canada.
The principals of Lux Inspection Services have completed accredited home inspection programs, hidden defect programs and have authored warranty performance standard publications that were recognized by CMHC for New Home Warranty use. This coupled with inspection and verification of Latent Defects / Major Structural Defects for hundreds of homes over the last eight years. The principals will continue to update their qualifications in order to provide quality service.
